The Franklin County’s Junior Varsity was hitting the ball from start to finish on Thursday night, as they defeated Richmond by a score of 15-2. The Wildcats had 11 hits on the night, and really did a good job of running the bases well in the contest.

Offensively, here are some of the leaders for the JV Wildcats.

Kylie Lea – 2 Singles, 3 Runs Scored, and a Walk
Bree Bischoff – 2 Singles, 4 Runs Scored, and 2 Walks
Kiya Rains – 1 Single, 1 Double, 3 Runs Scored, 1 RBI
Brooklyn Hampson – 1 Single, 1 Run Scored, 3 RBIs
Shaden Galyen – 1 Single, 3 Runs Scored, 2 RBIs

Bree Bischoff picked up the win in the circle for the Wildcats. Bree went all four innings, allowing three hits, two runs (one earned), three walks, and eight strike outs.

Junior Varsity Wildcats will be back in action Saturday early afternoon following the varsity game. Their opponent will be Jac-Cen-Del. Varsity first pitch is scheduled for 10 am.
