Franklin County brought the possession and defense for this scrimmage, keeping the ball in the attacking half and limiting the Bulldogs attempts. Cledith Martin opened up the scoring from a through ball assist provided by Aaron Kist. Alex Hedges doubled the advantage with a clinical finish from Luke Stirn’s great cross. Brennan Meyers and Reggie Reuss combined with the FC back line to start the season off right with a clean sheet.
The ‘Cats start their regular season next week at home against Batesville.
