Game Recap

On Friday, December 30th, the Wildcats traveled to Oldenburg Academy for a non-conference matchup. The Wildcats held the Twisters scoreless in the first quarter leading 6-0, and then went into halftime with a 14-9 lead. However, in the second half, the Cats committed some costly turnovers leading to fast break points. The Cats were getting some very good looks, but nothing would go through for them. Ben Krider led the Cats with 8 points and 4 rebounds. Tyler Nichols added 5 points, Johnathan Hagerty and Jordan Floyd added 3 points, and Dylan Little added 2. The Cats will be back in action next on Saturday, January 7th at home against Union County High School. This will also be the game that we honor our Special Olympic athletes of Franklin County so come out to support your boys basketball team and the wonderful Franklin County Special Olympic athletes.
